RANGE: VENTILATED BACKPACKS

| Gregory Z65 Backpack | Gregory Z45 Backpack | This Pack |
| “The ‘Workhorse’ Of The Ventilated Range” |
Lightweight and versatile with true ventilation, this high-performance Gregory backpack strikes a wonderful balance between weight and durability.
High-tenacity fabrics and the innovative Jetstream LTS suspension system provide load carrying capability without the bulk and burden of a full-blown expedition pack.
Described by Gregory themselves as the ‘Workhorse’ of their Ventilated Backpacking range, the Z55 has ample room for a long weekend trip or trek in a foreign country and will convert quite a few Osprey owners!
Performs brilliantly between 20-30lbs and best upto 40lbs. Light enough to use on day trips and packs down small enough so nothing bounces around yet big enough to carry everything for rock/ice climbing.
Packed with gear, the Z55 can still be stowed in the overhead compartment of any mid-sized plane. No need to wait at the conveyor belt or any chance of your backpack being lost!

Hydration
Water bottles fit well in the the external kangaroo pocket or side meshed pockets. For those who prefer, the internal bladder pouch can also be used.
Suspension/ Fit
The Gregory Z55 backpack is so comfortable, you almost forget it’s there. It breathes amazingly even when hiking in the soaring temperatures of Arizona or Utah.
The single lightweight aluminium stay and molded, perforated V-beam framesheet work in conjunction to support the pack brilliantly and distribute weight evenly to the hips.
There are so many adjustment straps on the pack, you are guaranteed to have a good fit. Unlike previous versions, the hip belt is also now adjustable.
Ventilation
Gregory’s high-tech JetStream LTS suspension eliminates unnecessary points of contact and lets air flow between you and the back panel. The raised contact points at the shoulder pads and lower lumbar pad create substantial space between your back and the pack.
The Jetstream LTS suspension system gives the Gregory Z55 Backpack the edge over other packs that claim to perform great in warmer climates. The meshed hip-belt and shoulder harness wick moisture to keep you cool and dry on your hike.
Pockets
The large external ‘kangaroo’ bucket pocket can really hold a lot and is convenient for gear or wet clothes. The little pockets on the waist belt are great for gloves, maps, compass, etc…
The Z55′s extendible lid includes an integrated stowaway pocket. The single main compartment has an extendible drawstring-closed top entry and an external full-length side zipper lets you reach anything you need while on the trail.
All of the zippers used on the Z55 are designed to be weather resistant.
